• Your name (it can be a penname, of course)
• Your email address and whether you want me to post it
• The title of your submittion (for fanfics and fanarts)
• A description of it (only for fanfics really, and it's not mandatory, I can write one if I have to)

That's all you have to do! Send it as an attachment, or, if it's text, you could just send it in the text of the email if you had to. If you are sending a fic, it would help if it was in .html or .htm format, but I can change it for you if you can't. So email me already!
